This is Lego set #71043, Hogwarts Castle from the Harry Potter collection. It was built once and disassembled. Even though this item is technically used, in some ways it's actually better than new! A set this large comes in multiple numbered bags, each of which corresponds to a sequence of printed instructions. The bags that originally came from Lego are not reusable or resealable.

After this Hogwarts Castle was taken apart, I painstakingly! Re-created the contents of each of the 37 bags that came with this set (see 6th listing photo). The bags I used are completely reusable and feature a zipper seal. If you were to similarly build and unbuild this set, you could use the same bags again and again.

Even though Lego tries really hard to make sure all sets that they sell are complete, it's not uncommon for some sets (especially bigger ones) to have missing pieces. This particular set had two missing pieces. I ordered the correct parts from Lego directly and they're included in their appropriate bags. So when I say this set is 100% complete, I'm actually 100% sure of it. None of the original decals provided by Lego were used.

The original printed sheets are included, and you'll get to attach them to the appropriate pieces yourself. You'll get a set of eight printed holiday gift labels from Lego. You'll also get the green brick decal from Lego's Collect Them All Series. Finally, you'll receive a reusable handled shopping bag that was obtained directly from The Harry Potter Shop at Platform 9-3/4 at King's Cross Station in London.

In addition to all 6,000+ pieces that have been re-sorted, re-bagged, and 100% totally and completely accounted for, you'll also receive all four of the original illustrated builder's manuals, a small reclosable bag of extra pieces, all the original Minifigs plus their accessories, two little pouches of Microfigs that were never opened, and a bright orange brick separator. This set has been hard to find from the get-go, Harry Potter is going to be a beloved and enduring franchise for the foreseeable future, and Legos are just the best. Get this massively amazing model while you can!
