Lucius Malfoy Minifigure head (Minifigure, Head Dual Sided HP Death Eater Mask with White Swirls/Raised Eyebrows Pattern), replaced with stern looking head.

One of the black goblin suits (Torso Harry Potter Jacket formal with 4 Button Vest and Brown Bow Tie Pattern/Black Arms/Light Nougat Hands 4597232), replaced with black suit. One of the Weasley orange suits (Torso Harry Potter Pinstripe Suit Jacket, Dark Tan Vest and Red Tie Pattern/Dark Orange Arms/ Light Nougat Hands 4597195), no replacement.

One of the Weasley dark orange pants Dark Orange Hips and Legs Plain. Includes extra 1x8 "Gringotts" brick.
