This 17 year old set from the Harry Potter theme comes 100% complete to the best of our knowledge with 682 pieces including 9 minifigures, Great Hall, Owlery, rowboat, and many other fun features and accessories. Instructions are included and in good condition.

Both covers and the middle pages have come loose from binding. Please view all photos as they are part of the description! This large heavy package weighs over 5 pounds! This set is in excellent "played with" condition. Some pieces may show playwear and/or fading/discoloration due to age.

Cloth items such as capes or sails may be frayed, wrinkled, or creased but can be trimmed carefully with scissors or safely ironed on a low steam setting. GRADING: As with any grading system it is open to interpretation! "Played with" means it is open. Excellent condition means very little playwear IE: the lego is still shiny with little to no scratching or discoloration/fading.

Great condition means it still has some shine, minor scratching, it may have small nicks, and there may be some light discoloration/fading. Cloth and plastic items may show fraying or stretching.
