The first four volumes were printed in a limited first print run of 12,500 copies each that were released in 2004.

Then the final three books had first printings of 500,000 for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, 1 million of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, and 2,080,718 copies of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Each hardcover book has gilded spines and comes with an original dustjacket, which have embossed foiled printing on the front covers, and all have photos of J. Rowling on the back cover.
