With 7 gold gilt bookplates SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR, neatly affixed to the endpaper of all 7 volumes. First six volumes housed in publishers special gilt stamped cloth slipcase. The Deluxe edition is issued in a larger format in stylish full harlequin cloth bindings with gilt titles to spine and upper, facsimile gilt signature of the author to front cover, with colour illustrated plate laid down to upper, ribbon page markers, coloured endpapers and all edges gilt. Retailing at a much higher price than the dustjacket editions, these deluxe copies are printed in far fewer numbers.

Following the massive interest in that book, Bloomsbury then re-released the previous two titles in the deluxe format, and every novel since has been issued in this fashion. Each book is in fine, unread condition, and has been carefully stored in a special collectors box since publication.
