MY Little Pony MLP G1 Paradise Estate & Accessories & Box Vtg 1986 95% Complete. My Little Pony MLP G1 Paradise Estate & Accessories & Box Vtg 1986 95% Complete is in good used condition. The MLP G1 Paradise Estate & Accessories/Box are. Clean (all items have been wiped down but may need further in depth cleaning before restoration/use/display) and free from major broken pieces, cracks, major markings, major stains, major discoloration/yellowing/staining and smells.

Included in the lot as follows: (flaws/imperfections noted below). MLP G1 Paradise Estate Play Set. Original Paradise Estate Box: (Cardboard): The cardboard box is structurally intact and can open on either end. The outside colors/pictures/graphics and words are mostly legible. Some of the original colors are bright while others are yellowed and faded.

The inside of the box is mostly clean. This box is very large and measures 25" x 24" x 17.

Flaws include: rips/tears, major wear on the cardboard especially on the edges/corners, evidence of old masking tape and other wear/tear (smudges, scrapes, scratches, nicks, minor markings, minor staining, minor discoloration/yellowing/fading) due to storage/age. Paradise Estate Parts/Pieces/Accessories: (Plastic/D etails/Flaws/Imperfections Noted Below).

Rooms (4-Light Pink): Two rooms on each side connect to each other as shown in picture; Two on the left and two on the right. Rooftops (4-Hot Pink): Rooftops are removable. Pool Base, Pool Liner, Diving Board (Pink and Blue). Canopy Supports for pool (4-Light Pink).

Canopy Frame (Pink) with Canopy Inserts (4-Blue). Gate Walls (Left and Right-Light Pink).

Window Awnings (2-Striped-Removable-Can be put on any window). Patio Doors (2 Sets-2 Left/2 Right-Teal-Removable-Can be switched around). Lanterns (2-Pink/Blue): Flaws: lanterns are removable but one is crooked/bent (see picture) and both have broken connector pieces (but they both still attach to the walls). Garden Flowers (14 out of the original 24 flowers are included).

Sea Pony Statues: Flaws: both still attach to the pool but one statue as a broken connector. Kitchen: Includes: Sink/counter top, toaster, glasses (2), milk cartons (2), dishes (2), knives (2), spoons (2), breakfast bar (pink table), stools (chairs), refrigerator, ceiling fan. Flaws: Missing both (2) pink forks and stickers have some major wear/tear (some are intact while others are peeling and most are discolored). Living Room: Includes: Sofa, chair, television, coffee table, stereo with speakers, lamp with lampshade and ceiling fan. Flaws: stickers are mostly intact but have some wear/tear (peeling/rips/tears/discoloration). Patio: Includes: Table, umbrella, umbrella topper (pink heart). Flaws: Missing both white patio chairs, and missing original white table support (white part that holds up umbrella--original owner replaced this with a homemade wooden piece that works fine).

Bedroom: Includes: Bed with headboard, dresser, combs (2), standing lamp with lampshade, ceiling fan. Flaws: missing the pink perfume bottle and stickers are mostly intact but have some wear/tear (peeling/rips/tears/discoloration). Nursery: Includes: Crib, mattress, changing table, toy box with removable lid, duck pull toy, stacking toy, ceiling fan. Stickers are mostly intact but have some wear/tear (peeling/rips/tears/discoloration). Most of the colors of the accessories are still bright/vivid.

This is an incomplete set and is missing some of its original accessories. (Missing accessories: 10 flowers, 2 forks, 2 chairs, patio table connector, perfume bottle). The MLP pony play set and accessories were made by Hasbro, Inc in 1986 (information on box). Please review all pictures and message with any.
