It comes fully complete with all minifigures and accessories. Stickers have been applied and are in a very good to excellent condition. This set will include all original pieces but no spares. Also included is an original box and instructions - both have some wear, marks and creasing - please see pictures.

Please note: one of the pictures shows the two red chairs missing from the Gryffindor room - they will be included I just forgot to put them on for the photos! All of the pieces are in an excellent condition and from a smoke free home.

I have complete dismantled the set, colour sorted the pieces and bagged them into (new) grip sealed bags - all ready for building.
